Billie has been adopted! Today was the day for Miss Billie! She woke up so exited and packed her bags and made sure she looked beautiful for her adoption day. Her new mom and dad have had an exciting week buying her all new things. Her new grandma even got her a special new bed. Billie will have a new fur cat sister. Billie greeted her new mom with lots of dancing and bum wiggles. Foster Mom got some sweet goodbye kisses and then she was off to her new amazing life. Foster Mom and Dad will miss this special little girl and we are so happy for her and her new perfect family.
Please welcome Miss Billie to our rescue family! She is a beautiful and sweet 5-year-old girl. Her owner had some things going on in her life and needed to give her to someone else to properly care for her. So she gave her to a friend. The friend had a Bulldog and they soon found out he really did not like sharing his owner’s lap. So they reached out to rescue for help.
Billie appears to be in good health and just needs a spay and a few quick fixes. She has not had shots in a while and has not been on heartworm preventive, so we are hoping for a negative test.
She seems to get along with other dogs, and people just love her. She has a smile that lights up a room. She is looking for that lucky family who will get to take her home and love her the rest of her days.
4/21/18 Update: We’re excited to report that Miss Billie’s blood work came back and everything is fine. She is heartworm NEGATIVE!
5/27/18 Update: I moved into my foster home a few days ago and I just LOVE people. All I want to do is be loved on and love on them. I am basically perfect. I am great on a leash and don’t pull. I have had no accidents in the house and tell my foster parents when I want to go out and do my business by tapping on the door. I also eat all my food and don’t make a mess like the other boys in the house. Oh and I LOVE riding in the car.
I keep getting told how beautiful I am so I went out and got myself a pretty pink collar. I think it makes my soft white fur pop!
