November 10th…..2:15pm…..In the parking lot of a Pilot Truck stop our lives changed forever. We were rescued. We were saved. We are sisters, we are litter mates, we will be 2 years old in February. We are terrified. We are scared. We don’t want you to touch us. We don’t want you to look at us. We are afraid of you. We lived in a jungle of trees. We never had a name. We never had a bed. We never had a chance. We are the faces of a backyard breeder, better known as a puppy mill. We don’t know when you reach to touch us if you are going to hit us or kick us. We don’t know about your collar or leash or what they are for. Are you going to choke us or teach us to walk with you? We don’t know when you feed us if we will get fed again? We have never had a vaccination, we have never seen a vet. We are Gracie. We are Marley. We are bulldog babies that nobody wanted! On Nov.10th at 2:15pm we were given a name, a bath and a bed. And our lives have changed forever. We are rescued, we are saved, and we are free. We will be in foster homes where we will be loved. Our new life has begun. We are home from the vet and we are settling in. We will be looking for our very own family. We have so much to learn. Our foster mom says we are beautiful and we are smart. She touches us and tells us she loves us. We will learn to trust you and we will be your best friend. But this will not happen over night. If you are a loving and wonderful family and can help us and love us forever we are looking for you. We don’t have to be adopted together, we just have to be loved forever. Our adoption fees are $550 each and that will include all our vaccinations, a spay, have our cherry eyes repaired and be on a heartworm preventative.
