Monroe

Monroe

Today was all about Monroe! Monroe knew today was the day he was leaving and moving in with his new family, where he would be the only thing with fur, have 100% of the attention, and have a family that loved to play with him all the time. At age 1, Monroe was all about fun: tossing his food and water bowl up in the air, scattering all things around, and making a piece of paper look like confetti in a matter of minutes. Monroe did not need a playmate ~ he could entertain himself all day long, chase invisible things through the house, and stop, drop and roll just because he wanted to. Have a great life, Monroe, you funny little fella! You will be missed!

Hey Bulldog people, it is  me, Monroe!  I am one cute 1 year old hunk of bulldog!  No sad stories for this Monroe,  been loved all my life. Always had a family, and I even had a 1 year old bulldog brother! And there lies the problem. My brother has some special needs, some bulldog limitations, and some health issues. Me, well you could just call me naughty because I was not always nice to my brother! In fact, I have been known to start a fight,  bring some blood, and send him for cover under the bed.  I have no idea why I started picking on him. We grew up together,  and have always been best friends. Then one day, I realized he was weaker, and from that day on, I reminded him I was the boss. My Mom knew I needed a family that would set some boundaries, teach me some manners, and love me like she did. And she did love me.  But, now, my brother will be able to come out of hiding, and I will be able to find a perfect family that understands me—Monroe a bulldog boss wanna be.
