Sarge has been adopted! Sarge now has his very own family with an adoring mom and two little fur sisters. Sarge outweighs them both by about 50 lbs! No need to worry, though. Sarge is such a sweet and gentle soul-they are safe with this big boy. Foster mom and will miss this sweetheart but we KNOW he has hit the jackpot!
Sarg is my kind of Bulldog: big, thick and as sweet as can be. At the age of 4 and weighing in at 68 lbs of pure muscle, Sarg has never met a stranger. Most often you will find him under your feet, sitting by your side on the sofa, or pawing you for some petting. Sarg doesn’t have a sad store… more like a love story. Sarg has always been loved, wanted and pampered. However due to some life changes and some medical issues, the family knew that Sarg needed a lot more than they could give him right now. So, with many tears and goodbye hugs, Sarg is now looking for a perfect family that will let him be like Velco to them. He hopes they will take him places and let him be a part of their family. If kids are involved, that’s a huge plus, and if a crate is involved, that’s a huge minus… Sarg will bark in a crate, not for long, but long enough.
9/3/17 Update: Sunday is bath day in Sarge’s foster home and he took it like a champ. He’s clean, lean (eh), lovin’ machine! Best part of the bath is to see them run all around the house with the zoomies of happiness. Of course, a good long nap is definitely in need after all that excitement. Sarge is the whole package-loving, easy going and gets along great with all his foster siblings.
