Vivian

We have very sad news as sweet Vivian has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. She was not eating well so her family took her to the vet. They discovered her chest cavity was full of fluid and it was drained. They then took her to a specialist where they discovered a massive tumor on her heart. Our prayers go to her loving family who had her for such a short time.

Vivian has been adopted! What a wonderful way to start off the week, with Vivian being adopted.  I must admit when I met Lady Vi I said to myself “old girl you will be with me till you cross the bridge because at the age of 12 you will never find a family. But look at her today, being adopted by one of the nicest families who knew the value of a senior. Bill and his wife Patricia had loved her pics since the first time they saw her. She reminded them of another bulldog they adopted years ago named Wrinkles.  Lady Vi is beautiful inside and out and spends most of her day resting, waiting for a treat, and getting her fur brushed.  I believe that any family that will add a senior are the best people in the world.  For sure Bill and Patricia are the angels that lady Vi hoped would find her, and they did!

Vivian, or better known as Lady Vi has made her way to rescue!  At the age of 10, and packing a little extra fluff from winter. Lady Vi is pretty lost today as she knows I am not her mother and where the heck did her mother go?  Well, for Lady Vi and her Mom it was a sad day.  Mom was moving into a smaller home and it was not a home conducive to a bulldog, or 5 other dogs that lived in the family.  So each dog left today for a rescue and Lady Vi found us.  It’s a great day for Lady Vi and for rescue as she starts the next chapter of her life and finds a fabulous family that loves seniors! This Lady Vi is amazing!
