Barney

Barney

We are sad to report that alumnus Barney had to have surgery and unexpectedly crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

From his former foster momma: Barney was a true comedian and such a joy to foster! He truly found love when he met the Greenstone family in March of 2018. Please keep his thee skin siblings, one fur sibling and AMAZING pawrents, Sharon and Andy, in your thoughts.

Barney, our singing stud muffin, is officially off the market! He found his furever family yesterday and he’s singing songs of joy. Talk about a match made in heaven… Barney packed his bag, grabbed his adoption day present, sang Foster Pops and Ma the tune, “Movin’ On Up” and then strolled out the front door!

We will miss you, Barney, but don’t worry, you will never go without again! Happily FURever After, Stud! 🐶

Three-year-old Barney was so excited to join rescue yesterday. He was so tired of living on the street, scrounging for food, itching everywhere, smelling bad and sleeping anywhere he could find a place. That all ended when he was found, taken to a shelter and then transported to us.

He is sweet, active and seems to get along well with everyone and everything. He has some minor skin issues, infected ears, and matted eyes. He also needs to be neutered.

He will soon be a new man looking for a new foster family and then his forever home.
