10/25/26 INTRODUCTION ~ Please welcome Candy Bear to our rescue family.
At 7 years old, Candy Bear found herself facing a heartbreaking change. She had to leave the only home she’d ever known. Her mom was facing homelessness, the home Candy Bear loved was gone and this sweet girl had nowhere to go.
Now safe in rescue, Candy Bear needs a little TLC to get her feeling her best. At about 40 lbs., this gal has some skin issues that need attention, along with a few routine veterinary needs, including vaccinations and a spay.
Candy Bear’s happily-ever-after will be with someone who understands the special magic of a senior girl. She has so much love left to give, and we hope there’s a special place in your heart for a sweet lady who deserves to spend her golden years feeling safe, cherished and loved.

Our foster families must live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area so they can stay close to our partner veterinarians and participate in public events. While our fosters need to be local, we adopt to approved families throughout the country!
