It’s me, Diana Prince… you know, like Wonder Woman? I joined rescue on Saturday, as part of the Freedom Four, and I’m so happy to be here!
I’m getting to know my foster home. I’m nervous, but excited around people, and I’m slowly trying to get to know the other dogs in the house.
One thing for sure is I wasn’t socialized very much where I came from, so I need some time. But my foster pawrents are patient and they said they’d helped little girl Bulldogs just like me before.
Soon, I will go sit in Dr. Larsen’s lap and make sure I’m healthy. Stay tuned for more updates on me!
5/2/22 Update: Diana Prince has really come around…. not just 180, but a full 360 degrees!
When we initially met her, she was so outgoing, seemed to like other dogs and wanted attention from humans, but when we brought her home she was so stressed, she started to shut down. We were wondering where the outgoing girl we met was. We’ve worked with mill mommas before and hoped she just needed time.
She quickly got used to us and her new surroundings. Now, she’s just the sweetest girl – getting along great with others and reeeaaaalllly loving attention from humans. Not all mill mommas come around so quickly and she’s still getting used to being here. She’s a great girl who’s looking for her furever home.
5/18/22 Update: Diana Prince is the sweetest girl. She’s VERY affectionate with people and loves to be at your side. She also gets along great with others and is doing well with pottying outside. She’s even learned how to use the doggie door. She’s come along way from being a mill momma!
