Happy adoption day to George Michael! He now has three fur-sisters, the best mom and dad and four human siblings to play with!
In the world of Bulldogs, I am one amazing fella. That’s right… I am kind, funny, loving and “simply amazing!”
I had the best family who loved me a lot. Many tears were shed when I started to load up my things. But there had been a major development in the household.
Of all things, a toddler moved in and no one saw that coming. My parents themselves were no “spring chickens,” but you know how that goes. A family member needed help and family helps family, so it was in my best interest to find a family who loves a bulldog with a little “fluff.”
The last straw for me involved all the toys. There were toys everywhere. A toddler, toys and a lot of time spent with the toddler. You get the picture. I felt like I got moved to the back burner and I’m not a back burner fella. I am an in-your-face, make-me-the-center-of-attention and take-me-everywhere fella.
I do LOVE kids, but I just might knock over a toddler when I need to get some place in a hurry. I am having a birthday soon and I’ll be celebrating the big 5. I get along great with other dogs. Cats? I’ve never met one, but I bet I’d be cool with ’em. I am 71 lbs of Bulldog fluff, white as snow with a few spots, and excited to see what life has in store for me. For George Michael, the best is yet to be.
5/16/21 Update: Smiley George at your service. My first sleepover at my foster family’s house was a big success! Not only do I get walks, toys, a backyard and two loving foster parents, but a new best friend and fellow Bulldog named Coco. We play all day and get slobber everywhere because we’re having so much fun!
Foster Mom said I’m really good at riding in a car and that I’m going to make a family really, really happy one day. That’s because I’m so friendly, snuggly, silly and I get along with everyone! I hope that’s you.
6/7/21 Update: I think I like this whole swimming thing, but only when my Foster Mom is around. Otherwise, I stay far away from the pool because I think it includes something called exercise and I don’t really like that…I’d rather be sunbathing.
