Lola October

10/25/26 INTRODUCTION ~ Please welcome Lola October to our rescue family.

Lola October has already endured more uncertainty than any dog should have to face. Thankfully, a caring family recognized that she wasn’t being treated well in her home and stepped in to help. They never intended to keep her; they simply knew they couldn’t turn away when Lola October needed someone to care enough to get her to safety. Now, this sweet girl has a chance at a fresh start.

But getting to safety is only the beginning. Lola October is still very shy and frightened, and the world can feel like a pretty overwhelming place right now. She needs someone who understands that trust takes time and that even the smallest steps forward are worth celebrating. With patience, consistency, gentle encouragement and lots of love, we hope she’ll begin to discover that people can be kind and that she’s finally safe.

Lola October need some general vet care, her vaccinations and will need to be spayed before she’s adopted.

More importantly, she needs a safe place to land while she begins to heal from her past. Her perfect family will let her set the pace, give her room to find her confidence, and show her day after day that she’s worthy of all the good things life has to offer.

Could you be part of Lola October’s new beginning? We desperately need more foster families to help Bulldogs like her. Fostering provides a safe home where a dog can decompress, receive needed veterinary care and begin learning to trust again while we search for a loving adoptive family.

Our foster families must live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area so they’re close to our partner veterinarians and can participate in public events. Our approved adopters, however, can live anywhere in the country!

Lola October has made it out of a difficult situation. Now she needs someone willing to help her discover just how wonderful life can be. If you live in DFW and have room in your home and heart for a Bulldog in need, please consider fostering with Lone Star Bulldog Club Rescue. You could be the safe place where a frightened dog finally learns that she’s home. Message us to learn more.
