12/4/25 FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS ~ It’s with heavy hearts that we share that sweet Willow Wynn, one of our beloved alumni, recently made her journey to the Rainbow Bridge. She was truly cherished. We ask that you keep her family close in your thoughts during this difficult time.
Her momma shares: I wanted to let you know that we had to say bye to our beloved Willow. She was my steady girl and our pack leader (after the humans). Her papa and I miss her so much.
She was with us for 5 short years and we wish she could have lived forever, but she was in so much arthritis pain that they meds didn’t help any more.
In mid-October, we gave her an amazing day of sleeping and eating her fave foods of cheese and pineapple. We tried to share a piece of dark chocolate with her, but she declined that. Instead, she slurped up chocolate ice cream and whipped cream, as she prepared to leave our home and head to the Bridge.
Thank you for letting her spend time with us. She loved to be in her bike trailer with me and was always smiling. She enjoyed bossing around her pack siblings. And they all loved her. Our hearts are hurting, but we hope to adopt again.

I had the best day ever! I packed up my toys and went to Baylor in Waco to meet my new parents. They were coming from the Austin area and I knew they were going to love me! They saw me and it was a done deal! I am going to be living my best life ever and I know they will spoil me like the princess I was always meant to be.
At 2 years old, she’s still quite active and playful and will need a furever family that can keep up with her energy. She’s getting checked out by our vet now and soon will be moving into a foster home so we can get to know her more.
8/14/20 Update: I am settling in quite nicely at my foster home. I get along well with my foster siblings and I love to PLAY! I am not shy and am sweet to everyone. I sleep in my crate with no problem and am eating well and going potty outside. I am currently napping after picking out new toys and a collar with my foster mom at Petsmart. It wore me out!
8/18/20 Update: I am doing great here at my foster house. I love PLAYING, short walks, and all my toys and bones! I love belly rubs and even sit on the couch like a human to watch TV. Check me out!
8/25/20 Update: I am doing great! I got my stitches out today and a bath today. I am so happy and love to play. Plus, I am looking good… if I do say so myself.
