Gone from our sight, but never our hearts… Please wrap your love around Beefy’s family as they grieve her loss and celebrate her life.
Her momma writes: We adopted Beefy from your rescue group back in 2011 (she was formerly known as Zoe). It’s been a rough couple days, but I wanted to share that she passed away the other day just shy of 13 years old.
She was full of life and had the best butt wiggle until the end… we miss her like crazy.
When we adopted her, we had another Bulldog, Lola, and were living in Houston. Lola and Beefy were best buds! We moved to Colorado in 2012 and Lola and Beefy got to enjoy so many outdoor adventures with the cooler weather.
Lola passed away earlier this year (also at 13 years old) and Beefy grieved for her for months. She was all she knew for the past 10+ years.
Our Beefcake also got to bond with our French Bulldog, Penelope, which I think helped her after Lola passed away.
There’s never enough time with these sweet pups! We hope to adopt from you guys again. Our hearts and home aren’t the same without our sweet Bulldogs.
