Andy Warhowl (now Angus)

Andy Warhowl (now Angus)

1/24/26 AWESOME ADOPTION ALERT! From the foster momma: Sometimes the universe lines things up so perfectly you can’t help but believe it was always meant to be.

Former Lone Star Bulldog Club Rescue adopter Robyn packed up and drove all the way from Georgia to meet Andy Warhowl. Her husband, Chris, just happened to be in Houston on business, and as luck (and fate) would have it, I was flying into the airport at nearly the exact same time Chris landed. ✈️✨

Add in an incoming ice storm, and suddenly the plan shifted into full rescue-style teamwork mode. My husband and I scooped Chris up from the airport, and together we headed to “A5” (our foster home) to meet Robyn, their Bulldog Bettsie and the star of the moment, Andy Warhowl.

And let us tell you… the meet and greet did not disappoint. 💥

These two Bulldogs fit together like a key to a lock. Instant connection. No hesitation. No doubts.

Angus (because yes, Andy Warhowl has been reborn with a strong, distinguished new name 🖤) hopped right into the back of the truck like he knew: “Yep. This is my ride. Let’s go home.”

Chris and Robyn have kept us updated every step of the long trek back to Georgia, and the best update yet?

✨ First night in the hotel, Bettsie decided it was PLAYTIME. ✨

Two happy Bulldogs, a shared past through rescue, and a future full of snorts, toys and love.

This is the kind of ending we live for.

A deserving little Bulldog.
An incredible family.
Perfect timing.
And a whole lot of heart.

Congratulations to Angus, Robyn, Chris and Bettsie. Your pack is complete. ❤️

Happy tails, sweet boy. You were worth the wait.

1/1/26 INTRODUCTION:  Please welcome Andy Warhowl to our rescue family! From the foster momma: We pulled this tiny firecracker as a stray from a local animal shelter and on New Year’s Eve, he blasted into his foster ranch like he owned the place. Within minutes he had his foster mom and dad wrapped around his little paw.

He made the rounds, introduced himself to the Bulldog crew, and immediately joined Tango the mini‑doodle in a very serious game of “keep the toy bone away.” (Spoiler: Andy thinks he won.)

Then came Squeakers, the munchkin cat, who politely demonstrated her murder mittens. Andy was… unconcerned. Possibly unimpressed. Definitely not deterred.

Now, let’s talk about the legend himself.

Just like his pop‑culture namesake, Andy Warhowl is delightfully eclectic. He’s a compact Bulldog at 38 lbs., about 12″ tall, with two electric blue eyes and the most expressive ears you’ve ever seen. One up, one down, full gremlin mischief.

He’s housetrained, crate‑trained, plays beautifully with others and has a heart big enough to fill the whole ranch.

More adventures from this little art icon coming soon.

If you’re looking for a one‑of‑a‑kind original with charm, quirk and a whole lot of love… Andy Warhowl may be your guy. 💙
