Sweet girl, Bella Lucy has been adopted and is off to her fur ever home!
My name is Bella Lucy and I am 7 years old. Just because I am a senior don’t think that I don’t still have some get up and go. I can be faster than a speeding bullet when it comes to nap time, treat time or supper time. I am a huge fan of all 3! But really what I loved the most was my Mother. My Mother was 86 years old when she left for her home in the sky, and she forgot to take me with her. She said my work here was not done! I called my Mother my Hero because when she rescued me at the age of 3 from a Puppy Mill bust in Louisiana. I had spent my life their spinning in a circle in a tiny cage having babies. My mother loved me and I loved her. 7 bulldogs where rescued that day and she had the choice of choosing any of them but she chose me. From that day forward we were constant companions. Sometime people that did not know us well would whisper” that bulldog is not that pretty” and oh the fight was on. In my mother eye’s I was a run way model. I ate the best food, I rode in the best car, and I was almost famous. Don’t worry about my nose, it’s dry and cracking, cause licking my nose is what I started doing after my Mother died. It’s a nervous habit, I have nose cream and I am gonna lick that cream right off my nose the first chance I get. I am sad to report I need a new family now, a family that even though I may be a little older will love be like my mother did. My Mother was and is now a Saint. Can you please love me like my Mother did. I would love to sit and talk to you when you adopt me so I can tell ya all about my Mother that is now in heaven. I loved my Mother and you would have loved her to.
7/24/16 Update: Hi all! I’m Bella Lucy, but my human brother can’t seem to say the B so he calls me Ella. I follow him all around the house and even sleep in his room. My fur foster brothers and sisters have been so sweet to me and I like hanging around with them, but I sure love my human foster brother so much more. It’s so cool. We watch this thing called Netflix. Not sure what it’s about, but there’s a lot of action on this box thing on his wall and he just laughs. We also spend time building stuff out of Legos. He says I’m the best supervisor he has ever seen. He gave me a stuffed monkey and I just love it.
8/22/16 Update: Hi guys!!! It’s me, Bella Lucy. Well my human foster brother still refuses to say the B so I also respond to Ella. I’ve had a very eventful week filled with sleeping in all sorts of positions, (yes that picture of me sitting with my head straight up??? I am fast asleep) followed by getting up and taking a really good stretch and going outside to potty, and then coming in and inspecting every dog bowl in the house to make sure all the food is eaten. I heard my foster mommy saying it’s not good to let food go to waste so I am doing my part to make sure no food is wasted. I am still waiting patiently for my furever family. If you see them please tell them where I am and I am being the bestest girl ever!!! Thanks until next time.
