Cash Collin

Cash Collin

I’m not crying.  You’re crying!

When a foster mom gets to experience TWO of her babies go to the same awesome family she is the luckiest woman on the planet.

Moon Pie lived with Archie and me for 3 months and was adopted by the Bailey family from Oklahoma two months ago.  She hit the jackpot!  Already she’s the queen of the household.  Yet something was missing.  As much as she was loved and doted upon by Ann and Jerry she just seemed a little out of sorts.

Enter Cash, a darling and handsome three year old from Granbury who was surrendered by his very sad owner because a much older dog in the family started attacking him.  His owner is to be commended because she could have sold him.  That’s how cute he is. But giving him to Rescue allowed him to be placed with a family with a proven track record, a generous and loving heart, and a little girl in need of a big brother.

After only 10 days in Rescue Cash left Dallas with the Baileys and MoonPie to begin his new life.  Seeing the 4 of them drive off left foster mom both sad and happy, with happy predominating because she knew their family was complete.

She and Archie return to their quiet lives (oh, wait, that’s a lie.  Granddog, Big Baby, is here for a while so there are still 10 legs in the house.😵‍💫 and 4 of them are wild and crazy).

Here’s to Moon Pie and Cash living their best lives!

On a scale of 1 to 10, Cash is a perfect 10—stunningly handsome and charming in every way.

With tears streaming down his family’s faces, they made the ultimate sacrifice for his Cash Collin’s well-being. He left the only home he had ever known and joined rescue.

At just 3 years old, Cash Collin had always been best friends with the other dog in the household. However, something changed, and the other dog began jumping on him every time they met.

Confused and unsure of why this was happening, Cash Collin knew that fighting back wasn’t in his nature. It was a heartbreaking decision for his family, but they believed Cash Collin deserves a peaceful and loving environment.

The other dog is a senior and is loved dearly too. It made sense that Cash Collin would find a wonderful new family, as not everyone is able to or wants to adopt a senior.

So, please welcome Cash Collin, one of the sweetest companions you could ever hope for. We look forward to matching him to a family who will continue to adore him.
