2/12/16: Miss Cleo has been adopted and we are all so excited for her and her new furever family!
Cleo Lynn joined rescue as a puppy mill survivor. She was saved by another local group from a dog auction. When she got to her new home it was discovered that she doesn’t do very will with a lot of other dogs around her. She is currently at the clinic to be spayed and to determine if she needs any additional treatments. Once she is released she will be joining her foster family and begin her search for her forever home.
10/25/2015 Update: Bought at a puppy mill auction , meet bulldog # 617, now known as Cleopatra . And as you can tell she has birthed a few litters in her day. But those days are over. and that life style of living is behind her now. Cleo has been spayed, is current on vaccinations and is on Heart Worm preventive and is looking for a wonderful family that that will love her forever. Cleo is 4 and does not like other things with fur so she needs to be the only furry thing in her family. Please visit puppymillrescue.org and you will be able to understand how Cleo lived. You can watch several video’s of the lifestyle she endured all for the sake of a dollar. You will also be able to watch You Tube videos of puppy mill auctions and what happens their. Cleo has the right to hate other dogs, and she has the right to not be potty trained yet because she ate, slept, went to the potty all in the same place. She even had her babies their. All this happened in a area to bigger than 3×3 as she turned circles daily begging to be free.
1/10/16 Update: Cleo is a awesome bulldog by herself. For the family that only wants one thing with fur in their home they should choose Cleo. Cleo is young, beautiful, active and has the best personality .
