Coco Noelle

Coco Noelle

Coco Noelle was shy and timid at first, but quickly blossomed into one of the happiest dogs her foster family has seen. We knew she was ready for a family of her very own, and today was her big day!

Coco Noelle will spend the rest of her days getting spoiled by her new loving family and playing with her new fur-sister, Dixie, and fur-brother, Boomer.

As Coco Noelle sat in a plastic crate on the front porch, waiting for the rescue wagon to arrive, she made herself a promise: she would never again be a chew toy for an aggressive dog.

Her ears and the back of her legs were far too precious to endure another painful encounter. Some dogs fight back, while others simply endure. Coco Noelle was the kind who endured.

At 3 years old, Coco Noelle was leaving the breeding program behind—and she wasn’t looking back.

When she arrived at the vet clinic yesterday, she was hesitant, unsure whether she wanted to stay in her crate and savor the peace and quiet, or venture out into the unknown. It wasn’t until treats were offered that she cautiously stepped out, her eyes scanning the area for any signs of danger.

She looked around, ready to retreat at the first hint of an aggressive dog, but for the first time in a long while, she felt a glimmer of hope that safety might be within reach.

1/3/25 Update:  Coco Noelle spent the last few weeks getting fixed up at the vet clinic. Today was the first day in her foster home at Hitchcock Manor.

Coco Noelle was very nervous during the car ride, but quickly calmed down and came out of her shell once she met her new foster sisters, AKA “the 6-pack.”

After being with us just a few hours, I can tell you Coco Noelle is adorable, silly, curious, playful, and very friendly to all 6 of our dogs (all females, big and small). Stay tuned for more updates on this beautiful Bulldog.
