If you would like to whistle Dixie, then Lone Star Bulldog Rescue has the dog for you. She is a sweet, quiet, 7 year old girl named Dixie. Due to the horrible economy and loss of a job, her owner felt it best to give her to us. She was originally a breeding kennel dog and was just kept in a small cage until they were finished using her as a puppy mill. Her previous owner loved her very much and only wanted the best for her. She loves to hop on the bed with you and will follow you around the house all day. She is a love and has gotten along with the three other dogs in her foster’s home. We feel like she has some real years left and would love to swing on the porch with her new family.
Dixie is spayed, and up to date on her shots. She will need inexpensive eye medication for the rest of her life an starting on some good joint supplements wouldn’t hurt. Dixie is $350.
