Gorgeous Gracie Rose Rae has been adopted! It was love at first sight for Gracie and her new mommy, Meg.
Meg and her husband recently lost their precious Bulldog and they knew they wanted to rescue.
Gracie will be the “Queen of the Casa” at her new home in San Antone. She is ready to strut her stuff and show off her beauty on the River Walk and try lots of new food!

This lovely lady was found wandering near the DFW International Airport, seemingly on her way to an adventure of her own. Thankfully, a kind-hearted soul brought her to the Irving Shelter. The staff there ensured she was safe and sound prior to our pickup.
Gracie Rose Rae is estimated to be about 3 years old and weighs in at 47 pounds. Her gray coat inspired her name. Get it? Gra-cie?
While her eyes need our help, they are already as captivating as her sweet demeanor.
She’ll start her heartworm treatment in a few weeks and than, after a little R&R, Gracie Rose Rae will be ready to meet her forever family.

8/22/24 Update: Gracie Rose Rae is one smart cookie! Watch this 3-year-old beauty retrieve her purple dinosaur on command! She’s getting ready for her heartworm treatment next week — and after some R&R — she’ll be ready for her next family. Maybe YOU can offer her the home she needs!
8/29/24 Update: Please keep your paws crossed for Gracie Rose Rae this week as she starts her treatment for heartworm. After a bit of rest, this young beauty will be looking through those approved apps for her future family! Get yours in quick~ the gorgeous Gracie Rose Rae won’t be in foster care long.
