Jack

Hi there, my name is Jack and I am two years old. I am SO glad to be with Lone Star Bulldog Club Rescue. Let me tell you why. My previous home didn’t have any time for me. They kept me locked up in the garage where I did all my business. I didn’t get much interaction with anyone, so I was very lonely. Spending so much time in these unsanitary conditions made my skin, eyes and ears get infected. I’ve lost a whole lot of hair on my body, and I have many spots where there is no hair at all. The good folks at Lone Star Bulldog Club Rescue took me to their vet and I’m on antibiotics for my infections and they put goop in my eyes and ears everyday. I’m not complaining though. I am feeling so much better and my foster mom says that I’m such a good boy. You see, I actually stand still while she’s putting all that stuff in my eyes and ears because she pets me. I love all the attention I am getting. My mom tells me that I am a very smart boy. It only took me two days to be housebroken. Now I get to sleep in her room with all the other bullies. I get along really great with everyone and I even like the cat. I love to be with my foster mom when she is home. I’m never more than a few steps away from her and I don’t like it when I can’t see her. I would probably like a home where there is another friend to hang around with. I don’t want to ever be totally alone again. My mom tells me that I will soon be as beautiful on the outside as I am on the inside. She said I am one of the happiest guys she’s ever met and the lucky family that adopts me will be so fortunate to have me as the newest member in their family. I’ll be neutered once the doc says my infections are better and will be up to date on all my vaccinations and on a heartworm preventative. My adoption fee is $600.
