Foster Dad told me that, like Miracle on 34th Street, there was going to be a Miracle on Main Street this holiday season.
But I wasn’t so sure ~ I had sent Santa Claus a letter asking for a home, and when Christmas came and went without anything happening, I thought he forgot about me.
However, last Friday, my wish came true. I met Jillian and Jon and they said they had great news for me. They had been admiring me from afar and had traveled from a distant land (well, Sugar Land) to ask me if I would join their family. They even brought my new fur sister with them to seal the deal.
I couldn’t jump in the car fast enough and soon, I was on my way to get settled in with my new family. I’m now making myself at home, and even earning my keep by guarding the driveway with my new fur sister.
Awesome Adoption Alert! Kyle Ravioli now has a place to call home, he has moved to Giddings Texas with his new parents Chris & Melissa, his new fur siblings Honey LeBlue & Moira the cat. He will have a dream home with a large yard. He gets to work with his new mom from home.
It was a roll over and tummy rub at first sight I and there was no hesitation jumping in the truck and not looking back. Apparently he had a great ride with Honey and Barley slept the long ride home as he was enjoying the view as he didn’t want to miss a thing. We wish Kyle all the best with his new family. We will miss this sweet boy.
My dad died and my mom couldn’t take care of me, so she called rescue. I’m actually really excited to be here.
I’ve lived my entire life outside and I just learned I should be inside. I even got a bath today. I don’t know how long it had been since I had one, so boy, did it feel good!
I will be visiting Dr. Larsen next week to get checked out, then it will be on to my foster home. I will be looking at approved applications for the right family for me. One thing’s for sure: I’m ready to be an indoor dog
1/11/24 Update: Kyle, the cuddle bug, is embracing Tongue Out Tuesday. He’s leaned to enjoy the brush and blow dry during spa days. On house cleaning days, he’s not sure about the thing that moves around the floor, picking up behind him. He’d rather play with it like his Giggle Ball.
1/25/24 Update: His favorite pastime as he waits for his perfect family? Squirrel watching!
