4/11/26 AWESOME ADOPTION ALERT! Lacy Noel, one of Oreo Noel’s precious puppies, came into the world under extraordinary circumstances. She born via emergency C-section just hours after her Bulldog momma entered rescue. From the very beginning, she was a fighter. A DNA test later revealed her dad was a German Shepherd, adding to the uniqueness of this special girl.
From her foster momma: The minute Thomas laid eyes on Lacy Noel, he was completely smitten. And the moment she stepped into her new home, it was clear… she knew she was exactly where she belonged.
In less than a week, Lacy Noel has already shown Thomas just how remarkable she is. She’s incredibly smart, affectionate and devoted… the kind of companion who forms a deep, soulful bond. Thomas can’t stop talking about the way she looks at you, as if she truly understands, and her eagerness to learn and stay close by his side.
While Lacy Noel may prefer life as the only princess at home, she still enjoys plenty of playtime and socialization with her grandparents’ puppy… truly the best of both worlds.
I only had Lacy Noel for a few short weeks, but it didn’t take long for her to burrow deep into my heart. Honestly, I had already decided that if she never found a home, she had one with me.
Lacy Noel is one of Oreo Noel’s five pups… our brave Bulldog momma who delivered her babies via C-section just hours after being taken in by our rescue. A DNA test later revealed their dad was a German Shepherd, making Lacy Noel the perfect blend of sweet, squishy Bulldog and playful, curious pup.
She’s already figured out the doggy door and knows exactly what it’s for. She’s only had a couple of accidents when she gets extra excited, which is totally normal as she adjusts.
Her first day, she was a little unsure about Gus and let him know with a few barks, but it didn’t take long for her to settle in. Now, she plays happily with both Gus and Evie inside and outside. They’ve really been showing her the ropes, and it’s the sweetest thing to watch. Evie even shares her toys with Lacy Noel!
Lacy Noel is definitely an early bird. She’s up and ready to start her day around 4:30 a.m. After a quick trip outside and breakfast, she’s all about morning couch cuddles.
She would make a wonderful addition to just about any family. She does have a bit of a shoe “fetish,” but honestly, that’s on us for leaving them on the floor! 😄
Lacy Noel loves being outside, and while her foster family keeps a close eye on her near the pool, she hasn’t shown any interest or curiosity about it so far.
She’s a happy, loving girl who is settling in beautifully and learning more every day… and she’s ready to find her family!

A playful spirit, a gentle soul,
Just waiting for someone to make her whole.
She’ll chase your worries, guard your days,
Fill quiet rooms in a hundred ways.
All she needs is a place to belong—
A home, a hug, a lifelong song.

3/29/26 UPDATE ~ We’re working to find Lacy Noel a great home for her! This special girl has quite the story already. Lacy is one of Oreo Noel’s puppies: born via emergency C-section shortly after their momma came into rescue. From her very first moments, she’s been a little fighter… and she hasn’t stopped shining since.
Now about 3 months old, Lacy Noel is everything you’d expect from a puppy (playful, curious and full of life), but there’s something extra special about her. A DNA test revealed her dad was a German Shepherd, and it shows. This girl is smart.
Like any baby, her attention span is short (blink and she’s onto the next adventure 😄), but you can already see how quickly she’s learning. She’s constantly taking in the world around her… watching and figuring things out in her own adorable way.
Her foster mom says it best: there’s just something about the way Lacy Noel looks at you, like she’s trying to understand everything. You can already see the dog she’s going to become: loyal, intelligent and deeply connected to her people.
Right now, her days are filled with puppy essentials: playtime, exploring and plenty of naps. Yet she’s laying the foundation to grow into an incredible companion.
