Logan Amigo

Logan Amigo

Exciting news for Logan Amigo… he’s found his forever home!! We only had him with us for a few short weeks, but he was such a sweet boy and was a wonderful guest. It was hard to let him go!

When I heard that a family was interested in him, I had a lot of mixed emotions, but seeing his new Dad’s face light up when he met Logan wiped it all away. Logan is going to a great home in Houston with Randy and Pamela- complete with a view of the golf course no less! He left riding shotgun and I have no doubts that he is going to have an amazing new life where he can be the center of attention with a family that are bulldog veterans. My heart is so full!

Bulldog friends I was named today, and I named myself Logan. I am the only dude in the 3 Amigo’s. I have always been a ladies’ man.  That was my one job. Loving the ladies.

I wish someone would have taught me to walk on a leash. It was a struggle for me today, to say the least. I ended up getting carried because I guess I am a slow leaner because I would just fall down.

I am 5 years old. Dr. Larsen said she could smell me before she saw me. Hope that was a good thing. I was next in line for a Spa Day, and I can hardly wait to see what that is all about.

After some needed surgery I will be looking for a family that will love helping me learn to be part of their family instead of me just being a ladies’ man. Love Logan

10/19/23 Update:  Last time you saw me, I was pretty scared. My friends, Laney Amigo, Lori Amigo and I had hopped in a transport wagon to leave the breeding world behind. We were all scared to death.

Then, we arrived at the clinic and I was able to sit with Dr. Larsen and she assured me we had found the best place ever to land.

We were scrubbed head to toe, had some surgeries and now we are ready for our very own families.

On Monday, I met a lady named Ashley while she was dropping off her Bulldog for surgery. She asked if I would like to go home with her while I waited for my forever home. Oh, I was so happy.

I would say I ran out the door; however, I am still learning the harness and leash thing. so she carried me. She told me I was going to have to be a little more helpful in the future because my big butt was too heavy to carry very far!

Ashley was so sweet to me. She let me sleep in her bed and I will keep her company while she waits to pick up her Bulldog from Dr. Larsen’s.

So, Bulldog friends, if you’re looking for a stunning boy, look no further. Here I am. Just know I still need to learn how to walk on a lash, but I am going to practice every day. Or, if you like to carry Bulldogs, that is even better because I love to be carried.

10/20/23 Update:  Woke up to a whole new Logan this morning! He’s really settled in and isn’t skittish. He walked around the house on his leash and has mastered the doggie door already! That said, he thinks the doggie door is for play and the potty door is the people door right next to it!

So we’ve still got some work to do. LOL. He’s now back asleep in his favorite spot.
