Bulldog friends it’s me Lucy on my adoption day!
It has a fabulous adoption day for me. I have become the Princess that I was always born to be. That’s right, my name is Princess Lucy, and it fits me well.
I have a bulldog brother now and his name is Rocky, and he is so sweet to me. I also have a new French bulldog sister and her name is Mollie. Mollie prefers to hang out in a bedroom. She’s not a social butterfly and prefers to be left alone. Fine by me, that way I get all the attention, and I love attention.
I absolutely love my new life and my new home. I have a Mom and a Dad and 2 sisters. Rescue has been amazing, but I am on to bigger and better things with my new family. We are going shopping for a Halloween costume for me, and I sure hope I get to choose because if I do I want to be Princess Mulan because she is beautiful just like me!
I really didn’t see it coming, but I should have. I also should have left the senior Beagle alone. After all, the Beagle is old and really didn’t have a lot of fight left in him.
After much discussion, the best decision was for me to find a new family.
My birthday is coming up soon. On Oct. 6, I will be 2 years old. It’s hard to believe I got this beautiful in two short years.
My mom made some notes about me so my new family will know what I like. I like cheese, apples, peanut butter, Cuties mandarins, watermelon and yogurt. She goes on to say I really just love to eat!
I think that is why there was a problem with the Beagle and me. The Beagle liked to watch me eat and get close. No way was I sharing my snacks with him!
Some might call me “full figured.” I just say I’m healthy with some extra padding in case I fall down and need to roll.
Maybe you’re the right family for me? I’d love to be adopted before Oct. 6 so I can have a big birthday party with cake and ice cream with my new family!
