Moose Myers found his home this past weekend! His new family fell in love with his photos before even meeting him. Now settling down in Houston, his new dad says Moose will be cheering on the Astros in no time!

Yesterday, Moose Myers packed up his things, dashed out the door, and hopped right into the rescue wagon. He was ready for an adventure! Car rides are Moose’s absolute favorite, and he was determined not to miss out on this one.
At 5 years old, Moose Myers had been thinking about rescue for a while, but he wasn’t sure he was ready to leave home. However, with the family always busy with the kids’ activities, he found himself spending a little too much time alone.
So, Moose Myers made a New Year’s resolution: he was going to find a family who had the time and energy to play with him! Moose Myers is an active boy who can run like the wind, and he’s looking for a furry friend who still loves to play just as much as he does.
He’s already had his vaccinations, gotten treatment for his skin, and scheduled his neuter appointment. By the time Valentine’s Day rolls around, Moose will be ready to find his perfect match—his very own valentine, handpicked just for him!

If there’s a chair nearby, you can bet he’ll be sitting in it, staring right at you. And if you leave the room? Here comes Moose Myers, right behind you. He’s a true people dog—he loves his humans with all his heart.
He can run like the wind, racing around the backyard just for fun. His enthusiasm is contagious, and he brings pure joy wherever he goes.
While his skin might be a bit of a mess, he’s got so much love to give. His neuter appointment is coming up this week, and whoever is lucky enough to welcome him into their family will be truly fortunate.
