Noble

Please light a candle for alumnus Noble~ the light of his memory now shines like the stars.

From his momma: On Monday, my precious Noble, aka Meatball, passed away from lymphoma. He crossed the Rainbow Bridge with his whole family beside him and loving on him. My heart is broken and I miss him so very much. Our house will never be the same.

I adopted him Memorial Day 2022. He was the best boy and the most lovable. I feel honored to have gotten the time I did with him as short as it was.

He loved his family and treats! He always held hands with me when we were in the car.

He loved my grandsons, especially my oldest. They would sleep together in his dog bed and he would sit patiently while Derek would clean his eyes and face.

He would let us dress him up from costumes to goggles.

He was a love bug and would always be right beside us wherever we were. He was my buddy. I work from home and he would stay in my office every day with me. He followed me everywhere where I went.

He never barked. He slept all night every night, loved everyone he met and was the best buddy you could ask for.

I can’t believe he’s not with us anymore, but I know he’s not in pain anymore. He was one of a kind and will always be in my heart.

I am grateful I was able to love him and spoil him. He was so very special and one of a kind. I’m having a very hard time missing him.

Thank you, rescue, for matching him with us and bringing us together.

We are super happy to share that sweet Noble was adopted this weekend, just in time to celebrate Memorial Day with his new family. Noble hopped right in the Banker family SUV to drive off to his forever home. This sweet boy loves car rides and kids. He’ll have plenty of snuggles form the Bankers and their grandkids.

Hello everyone, my name is Noble and today I joined rescue! No sad stories for me. I have always had a family and I have always been loved. I have had kids to play with and a cat that I ignored.

My family was super sad when we said our good-byes, but they were moving out of state and into something called “temporary housing” and that housing situation was not what I had in mind.  Leaving Texas was not what I had in mind either. So after much thought and considering all the options we agreed that I would join rescue, stay a Texan and find a family who needed a fabulous bulldog like me. There were a lot of tears, a lot of hugs goodbye, and then I packed my things, headed out the door in search of a family who needed me like I needed them.

I am 6 years old. My vet records are great, and I am already neutered. So, people send in your application. All you need is me!  Love, Noble

4/26/22 Update:  I’m checking in from my foster pad.  Yeah, I have my own foster pad now.  I do have to shareI joined my foster family this week and they call me the gentle giant. I might be a big boy, but I’m super sweet and gentle. I’m a quiet kinda guy – I haven’t barked once.

I’m totally house broken… no accidents for this man!

I’m kid-friendly and dog-friendly. I tried school drop off this week and I’m a perfect gentleman in the car.

I’ve been playing a little with the Frenchie in the house. I’m also what they call a Velcro pup. I enjoy being wherever my humans are.
