Pickles Pam

Pickles Pam

Stephanie and Keith originally fell in love with Pickles at our PIzza Paw-ty back in November. And as soon as Pickles went to their place for a home visit, they knew she was the one.

Due to Pickles Pam’s spay and the holidays, the family had to wait a little while for her, but they were united last week.

Pickles Pam joins fur brothers Ralphie and Banjo, and skin sisters Braeleigh and Everly.

She is already well-loved and a part of the family.

I love a happy ending, but I will miss her most smooshy face!

Friends it’s me Pickles Pam and on Thursday I joined rescue.

Tears tears fell like rain! We both cried. My Mom was so sad, she had loved me ever since I was a baby 2 years ago. But my mom knew me staying in a crate 10 hours a day was making me crazy. After all, I am a social butterfly. If some of my photo’s are blurry that is because I am all over the place, fast as can be! I love life, other dogs and most of all people.

I am a beautiful brindle and my fur feels like silk. I just had a birthday and I turned 2 years old. I do need to visit Dr. Larsen and have a little surgery and then I will be looking thru the applications for a family that I can be a big part of.

I do not want to live in a crate.  I want to be free to follow my dreams of running wide open thru the house  around the yard and thru the woods.  That’s me Pickles Pam, free as can be!

11/7/23 Update: I just can’t  get a picture that captures how cute she is. She has this big rectangular face all smoosh and Bulldog perfection

She came to us just last week and took no time to settle in.

At about 2 years old, she wants to play and would do great in a house with another active pup.

I haven’t seen her around kids, but I also haven’t seen any aggressive behaviors that would concern me.

And, hallelujah, here is a dog that has had NO accidents so far. She loves to go outside and go for walks (aka yanks/tugs as she has no “slow” speed).
