Dewey and Riley Shane were adopted together by Steve and Rob! It was love at first sight at our meet-and-greet. Steve and Rob decided to take the dynamic duo, which is exactly what I had hoped because they had become such good friends. Thank you, Steve and Rob, for making this as easy as possible and for my stuffed Bulldog.
My family couldn’t keep me anymore, so they found a rescue to help me find my furever home.
With a little help, I packed my treats, medicines and bed, and moved on out. I am all about playing, so it’s hard to get photos of me sitting still. Stay tuned for my new adventures!
5/12/23 Update: This is what Foster Mom has learned about me so far:
1. I love to play and play, and then play some more.
2. I am extremely loving I never get tired of pets.
3. I am still a baby and I will cry if separated from my people.
4. I love to be outside, but not alone ~ only with my humans. Sunbathing is the best, but Foster Mom makes me go inside. She says it can get too hot for me to stay out too long.
5. The vacuum cleaner is the devil and I will protect everyone from it!
So you see, I have been busy this week.
6/21/23 Update: You’ve heard of people wearing their heart on their sleeve… but I wear one on the top of my head! I think it is there because I am the sweetest boy ever.
I am approximately 3 years old. I came into a herd of other Bulldogs at my foster home (Dewey, Otis, Stella and Elle Mae) and I fit right in!
I love to play and I even met these things called cats and I really like them as long as they don’t beat up on me.
7/7/23 Update: I have been hanging at the A5 for a couple of weeks now with my foster parents Jeff and Kim.
They took me to go see the vet at Cityview in Fort Worth because I had eye issues and the itches. I came away with some meds, but I am done now. I went back for my checkup yesterday and all is good!
My foster parents tell me what a good boy I am all the time. I get along with my four other friends and the cats.
I am great in my crate and my two favorite times of the day are feeding times! I put on quite the dancing show.
I love to play and wrestle with my foster dad and my other friends. I love to go on car rides and short walks.
7/21/23 Update: My foster bro, Dewey, and I are coming to the Bulldog Bonanza at K-9 Culture tomorrow!
I have really settled into my foster home. I think I’m the perfect pup. I love the pool ~ I think even more than my buddy Dewey!
And when I say we are buddies, we are besties. We love to play and play and play. If we could go to a home together, it would be perfect. He’s the yin to my yang.
I still need eye medication twice a day, but I don’t mind it. I sit still while my foster parents administer it.
I cant wait to see everyone Saturday! TTFN
