There is an expression, “Every dog has its day,” which means you’re going to be lucky or successful at some time in your life. And Rolo Blade is living proof of this.
When Rolo Blade was surrendered to rescue, it was an emotional day for sure. Rolo Blade’s mother had always loved him, but due to her medical needs, she no longer could care for him.
Rolo Blade wondered if he would ever find a new family because he was older and, more often than not, older Bulldogs get overlooked and passed over.
But, when Holly and Jeff saw Rolo Blade, it was love at first sight.
Rolo Blade really is the lucky one. He’s been loved all his life, and now he’s adjusting well with his great new family.
Jeff and Holly recently lost Henry, their adopted Bulldog, and they had huge holes in their hearts. Rolo Blade had some big shoes to fill, but he is definitely helping the family’s broken hearts heal.
Now Dozer and Daisy have a new brother, Jeff, Holly and Izzy have a new family member and Rolo Blade has a home where he will never want for anything the rest of his days.
There’s a new valentine in town ~ and 6-year-old Rolo Blade is ready to steal some hearts.
Rolo Blade’s mom was recently diagnosed with not one, but two major heath issues. She’s been struggling to take care of herself. Because of this, she realized Rolo Blade needed a new family who can make him a priority.
After following Lone Star Bulldog Club Rescue for years on social media, Rolo Blade’s mom mom knew just where to turn. She knew our group would help find Rolo Blade a perfect family who will love him forever.
Rolo Blade has been around kids, dogs, cats ~ and he has loved them all. He’s a small fella and loves to hang out in his crate with the door open. He knows to go to the door when he needs to go out.
Rolo Blade brought his crate, blanket, food, toys and his binder of medical information. He’s ready to find a valentine just for him!
