Congratulations!!  Sweet Rosemary has found her forever home!

Please welcome Rosemary to the Lone Star Bulldog Club Rescue family. She was rescued after being found tied to a tree, with chewed-up paws and a temperature of 105 degrees. Stay tuned for more details on this girl and her road to recovery.

5/7/16 Update:  Unfortunately, we have also learned that sweet Rosemary is heart worm positive. She will being undergoing treatment and restrictive activity for the next month.

6/13/16 Update:  She has 8 days left on her 30-day heartworm treatment crate rest. It wont be a moment too soon for this Bullie girl, as she is ready to play and run! Rosemary did not have an easy start in her life and is a little behind on her social skills and understanding how to live in a home. She was so starved in her formal life that she has some food aggression, but I am confident that will go away as she learns that she will never starve again. She is getting along great with her foster sisters and just wants to be loved. We know that this loving girl will blossom into the Bulldog she is meant to be.

6/27/16 Update:  Sweet Rosie had a wonderful week. This little girl is happy all the time. Happy to eat, happy to nap and happy to be loved on. She has such special eyes~they just melt you. As each day goes by, she learns and is more comfortable being a part of a family and its usual goings on. She is hard at work on her house training and we are confident she will get it. She had a late start in life with manners, but she so wants to please. Rosemary has put on much-needed weight and seems more at ease that she will never, ever starve again. Her forever family has found her and they can’t wait to make her apart of their family!
