My name is Roxy and I am an 11 month old brindle and white baby bulldog. I am and will be a smaller bulldog, my foster parents say that I am a super cute bundle of energy. Sometimes they call me “Taz” whatever that means? I am kennel trained but I am not house trained and like all puppies I love to chew so it’s a good thing there are so many toys around here. I love to play with my foster brothers and sister and like a typical female bully I want to be the alpha but because I am so small that really hasn’t worked out for me so I’ve decided it’s better just to play than try to be the boss.
I am currently on medication for a severe bladder and UTI infection that I had before I came to my foster home. Because of the infection I am a little incontinent so I have to wear my diaper when I am playing inside the house outside of my kennel. On nice warm spring days I can play outside as long as it is not too hot or cold. My foster parents and new doctor are trying to figure out if the incontinence will clear up after the infection is gone or if it happens because I just get too excited and can’t help myself. The new medicine seems to be helping me not to have to “go” so much.
I will be so happy when I find my new “furever” home. I would like a home with a canine brother or sister to play with that is young or full of energy like me. I am good with children but would probably do better with children over the age of 5 as I need to learn some manners and I am very excitable. I will need to go to school to learn how to use manners when interacting with people and canine friends and my new family should have experience in raising a puppy. The nice people at Lone Star Bulldog Club Rescue have given me all my vaccinations, put me on heartworm medication and had me spayed. My adoption fee is $550.
I hope to meet you soon! Bulldog Kisses – ROXY
