Smokey Trey (now Cooper)

Smokey Trey (now Cooper)

From Smokey Trey’s (now Cooper) foster/adoptive momma: It’s official—Smokey Trey has been adopted! Smokey Trey is pure puppy energy—he’s affectionate, and while he thinks biting is a sign of love, he’s always on the go. Even with all his puppy antics, we just couldn’t let him go. Cooper has now joined a wonderful pack, including other Lone Star Bulldog Club Rescue alumni: Ava Mae (formerly Ava), Bojangles, Zeke (a deaf Bulldog), Swirl (Aussie mix), and Dundee (Aussie). He’s going to be showered with love beyond measure! Thank you, Lone Star Bulldog Club Rescue, for trusting us with his care.

There is a new Valentine in town and his name is Smokey Trey. Smokey Trey is everything a 1-year-old bulldog baby should be.  He is super cute, alive with energy, no off button detected and ready to steal someone’s heart!

Smokey joins rescue today because his Mom has some medical challenges of her own, as does Smokey. Smokey is super sensitive, and his stomach is real sensitive and often inflamed. The least little change in food makes him sick.  After trying several different foods, one has been found that agrees with his stomach. Being a puppy, Smokey eats fast, so a slow feeder is better for him to eat his food out of.

Smokey loves other dogs, has been raised with kids and is an all-around perfect bulldog looking for a perfect and understanding family.
