Tyson Drumstick

Tyson Drumstick

We are so happy to announce Tyson Drumstick has been adopted! Tyson and his new furever sister Pumpkin Spice have been joined at the hip since they heard they’re getting adopted together.

In their new home, they’ll be joining LSBCR alums Tank and Bevo, and Austin Bulldog Rescue alum Rudy.

Tyson and Pumpkin Spice are the 8th and 9th dogs from LSBCR adopted by this amazing family.

Tyson has been absolutely perfect, and he’ll be greatly missed by his foster family, but we know his furever family will spoil him rotten for the rest of his life.

Happy trails Tyson Drumstick!

All Tyson knew was he was having a birthday in January and he would be 10 years old!

He used to be the baby before the other babies came along. Now there were two ~ a toddler and a newborn.

Tyson had to go, even though he did nothing wrong. His family felt like he was not getting the attention and the walks that he deserved.

Tyson whined when the rescue wagon rolled away from his home and he was confused. After all, the woman driving the wagon was a stranger and he was leaving the only home he had known.

The further down the road, the louder Tyson whined.

Life is not always fair, and that’s the case for Tyson. Now in his golden years, Tyson is looking for a stranger to give him a sense of hope ~ and a forever home where he can fully enjoy his final years.

1/10/23 Update:  Tyson Drumstick has been with us for three days and he is the perfect guest. He’s laid back, potty trained, knows commands and likes to take short walks. He’s also he’s the biggest Bulldogs I’ve ever seen! He takes up two-thirds of the couch. He got right in bed with me on day two and just fits right in. One of my dogs got an attitude with him and he just looked at them and walked away, as if to say “not today.” We love him … great attitude and personality!

1/24/23 Update:  Tyson Drumstick is getting settled into his foster home. He started by checking out the backyard. He loves to be outdoors during great weather. He’s a sweet guy who gets along well with everyone. He already claimed his spot on the couch, and he even got to take a nap in his foster parent’s bed.

1/31/23 Update:  Tyson Drumstick went to the vet this week to have an initial visit. He’s in great health, and the vet confirmed that he’s a 100% purebred good boy, as we knew all along. He’s settled in to his foster home and is ready to look for his furever family.
