5/11/26 AWESOME ADOPTION ALERT! From the foster momma: I’ve got a story for you about what true love really looks like.
Uno’s new parents, Brian and Darla, made not one, but TWO separate trips in just two days to bring this handsome boy home to Pennsylvania. And somehow, they even turned the long drive into a little vacation adventure along the way!
Now THAT is dedication.
From the moment they met Uno, it was obvious this was meant to be. Uno absolutely hit the jackpot with Brian and Darla as his new mom and dad… but truthfully, we think they feel just as lucky to have found him.
Watching dogs like Uno find families who are willing to go the extra mile (literally) is what rescue is all about. The love, excitement, and joy surrounding this adoption could not have been more beautiful to witness.
Happy trails, sweet Uno! Your family was worth the wait.

4/12/26 INTRODUCTION ~ Please welcome Uno to our rescue family.
Uno is a 4-year-old Bulldog with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s already had soft palate and nares surgery to help him breathe comfortably, and now he’s ready to enjoy life to the fullest with a family of his own.
Uno would thrive as the only dog in the home. He likes to be the boss and would much rather soak up all the attention himself. And honestly, he deserves it. He absolutely loves people and does great with kids, though older kids are the best match since Uno doesn’t quite realize his own size and can get a little rambunctious during playtime.
The best part? There’s no sad backstory here. Uno has always been loved. Now he’s just looking for his perfect match.
He has the most beautiful, soulful eyes and lives for cuddling up with his people. Uno is fully potty trained, though he does occasionally have minor nighttime incontinence. With the help of TheraPet diffusers, this has improved significantly and now only happens about once a week.
He’s up-to-date on all his vaccinations and more than ready to find his next home.
But dogs like Uno need a place to land while they wait.

4/22/26 UPDATE ~ Update from the foster momma: Just wanted to share a little update on Uno… this handsome boy has an absolutely heart-melting personality to match. He’s a gentle soul who truly loves everyone he meets, and when kids are around, he absolutely lights up.
One of Uno’s most adorable quirks? He’s taken on the very important role of household mail carrier. He proudly trots out to the mailbox, carefully picks up the mail and brings it back home like it’s his daily mission. It’s as cute as it sounds!
