From Winston’s foster momma: Age is just a number when it comes to Winston. He’s definitely not ready retirement. Winston’s been through quite a bit in just 6 short years. He’s an owner surrender. His previous family felt that they couldn’t give him the attention they thought he needed since they had a small child around. Winston has gotten along great with smaller dogs, but would prefer to be “the only four-legged child”.
Winston is very special to me. To be completely honest, I did not fall head over heels in love with him at first. Winston isn’t the typical “roll on your back and pet my belly” kind of dog. However, over time, I’ve found him to be one of THE most obedient, loyal, and loving foster’s we’ve had the pleasure of keeping.
Winston will make someone looking for the utmost unconditional love, like only a dog can give, happy. He adores people…big and small. He just thrives when they’re are around. “Winnie” is looking for a family that will appreciate all his quirks and his loving nature. I, personally, think he deserves as much…and more.
Winston is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and on a heartworm preventative. His adoption fee is $500.
