Anna Bluebelle

Anna Bluebelle

2/22/26 AWESOME ADOPTION ALERT! From Anna Bluebelle: Have you heard the news? I recently celebrated one week with my family.

They say I’m doing great with learning to take walks on a leash. I have the zoomies at least once a day. I’m the best snuggle bunny.

That’s partly why mom calls me: Bun Bun, the Chonky Princess.

She also says it has something to do with my back legs basically being all feet and my velvety long ears. And there’s this thing I do that reminds her of someone named Thumper, but that was before my time so who knows what she’s talking about.

I’m working hard on house training and with a good schedule for potty breaks, I know I will be successful.

The one thing I’m not sure of is car rides. They make me tremble, but I was told we’re going to work on making that a more positive experience. After all, car rides weren’t positive in the past. I was taken in a car, left at a doggie hotel and abandoned there.

I took a few more rides and eventually made it to foster care where my foster family really loved on me. Then I got adopted and … you get the picture. It’s hard to enjoy a car ride when you don’t know what’s at the end of the journey.

Mom and Dad say they will do whatever they can to help me feel safe because they love me to pieces.

So, that’s my pupdate.

XOXO,
Chonky Princess out…..

9/21/25 INTRODUCTION: Please welcome Anna Bluebelle to our rescue family! At just 1 year old and weighing in at a petite 23 pounds, Anna Bluebelle can hardly believe how far she’s come.

Several months ago, Anna Bluebelle was dropped off at a boarding facility by her family. And they never came back.

Despite repeated phone calls, emails and even the threat of legal action, no one responded. It was as if they had simply given up on her, leaving her behind without explanation.

But Anna Bluebelle didn’t let that break her spirit.

During her time at the boarding facility, she quickly became a staff favorite. She took on the role of the official greeter, wagging her bum for every person who walked through the door and happily welcoming every dog that came to stay. She brought joy to everyone around her.

Still, as much as she loved the people and pups she met, Anna Bluebelle knew she deserved more: a real home, a real family and a life full of love, adventure and belonging.

Anna Bluebelle is a small girl with a big personality. Think of her as just a bit larger than a French Bulldog: compact, charming and absolutely adorable. She’s never met a stranger, radiates affection and is full of spunky, lovable energy.

She’d be the perfect fit for a family looking for a smaller Bulldog-type companion with a huge heart and a zest for life.
