8/6/25 AWESOME ADOPTION ALERT! From her foster momma: With grateful hearts. we are beyond excited to share the best kind of news—Daphne Dee has officially found her family! 
Now answering to her beautiful new name, Phoebe, she has begun her next chapter surrounded by love. Her amazing family drove nearly five hours to bring her home, a true sign that she was already loved before they even met her.
Phoebe now has a fur sibling named Frankie. While Frankie wasn’t too sure at first, it didn’t take long for their connection to start growing. Every day, their bond gets stronger, and it’s clear these two were meant to be together. 
Her new name couldn’t be more fitting, and seeing her already so loved and adored is everything we could have hoped for.

7/6/25 INTRODUCTION: Please welcome Daphne Dee to our rescue family! When transport volunteer David first laid eyes on Daphne Dee, he couldn’t help but say, “What a beautiful Bulldog.” And he was right.
Today was an emotional one, as David met Daphne Dee’s mom and witnessed a tearful goodbye. Life had recently taken an unexpected turn for her family. Daphne Dee’s mom had become a full-time caretaker—first for her own mother after a stroke, and then for an aunt recently diagnosed with cancer. Medical appointments, caregiving duties, and the weight of it all made day-to-day life overwhelming.
Daphne Dee, just a year old and full of playful puppy energy, was often underfoot—sweet and curious, but unintentionally making things harder. Her mom found herself tripping over her, and for safety, Daphne Dee was spending more and more time in her crate. It wasn’t the life her mom wanted for her. So, with a heavy heart and deep love, she made the brave decision to surrender Daphne Dee to rescue.
Daphne Dee packed her things, climbed into the truck with David and his wife Cynthia, and began a new chapter. She’s now in the loving care of rescue, looking forward to a life filled with attention, freedom and family.
Daphne Dee is already spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find a home where she can be part of every plan—not left behind. She’s eager to love and be loved, just like she was before—only this time, with a future wide open in front of her.
