Seymour arrived with a lot of energy and he kept us on our toes! He is extremely smart and wants to go anytime we walk toward the door.
Thankfully, rescue found a perfect match for him ~ the McLinn family.
Seymour hopped right into their vehicle and met his big sister, another Bulldog. I’m sure she will teach him the ropes! It’s always fun to see Bulldogs go to such extraordinary families.
I joined rescue because it’s summer in Texas and I was living outside. Not sure why I was banished to the backyard, but I was.
I’m really thankful that a family member held an intervention and told my owner that I was a Bulldog and I could die in this heat.
That was the best day of my 16 months of life ~ when I was able to leave the yard and join rescue.
My next family, hopefully, will be very active and include me in their activities. I hope they also have other dogs for me to play with.
My foster mom told me several times I was a great guy who needed to learn some manners. Then, she said the word “boundaries.” I guess boundaries mean she wants me to keep my four feet of the floor and not jump over the resident Bulldogs to get attention. I can’t help it. I want someone to pay attention to me, pet me and play with me!
I am super young, super sweet and I consider myself super smart. I will learn everything I need to know so I can be the best Bulldog ever for my new family.
Dr. Larsen will take care of my eye and after a little nip/tuck next week, I will be ready to roll on out of rescue into my new home!
