5/2/26 INTRODUCTION ~ Please welcome Sushi to our rescue family!
Once upon a time, about six years ago, Sushi had a family who loved him. But somewhere along the way, things changed. We don’t know exactly when or why, but Sushi began spending his days confined to a small crate, 24/7. Even when people were home, he stayed inside… waiting.
And the heartbreaking part? Sushi is one of the sweetest Bulldogs you’ll ever meet.
Thankfully, a caring family recognized that he deserved more… a life where he could stretch his legs, feel the sun and simply be a dog. They stepped in, made arrangements to get him out and reached out to rescue.
Sushi can walk, though slowly, and he has a slight limp. At 80 pounds, he’s a solid boy, but all he really wants is to be close to his people. His favorite place in the world is right beside someone, soaking up every bit of love and touch he can get.
